She is best known for her roles as Bridget Hennessy on the sitcom 8 Simple Rules, Brandy Harrington on Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, Billie Jenkins on the supernatural drama series Charmed, and Penny on the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory.
